Honey Soy Chicken

Ingredients
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 lb Chicken Thighs (Boneless & Skinless)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 2.5 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 clove Garlic (minced - roughly 2 tsp)
  • 1.5 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
Cooking things:
  • Cutting Board
  • Large Non-Stick Skillet
Instructions
  1. Heat oil and butter in skillet over high heat, while cutting chicken thighs into bite sized pieces. 

  2. When the butter is melted, add in the chicken. Season with salt and pepper, then cook 7 minutes. (The number of minutes is approximately 7 for 1 lb of chicken but please adjust accordingly if you are cooking more chicken - the most important factor is to cook until it is browned.)

  3. Add ALL remaining ingredients. Bring to a simmer and coat the chicken in the sauce until it is golden and caramelized (about 5-10 minutes)

  4. Once the chicken is browned, Remove from heat. Serve with rice & broccoli for a complete meal.
