- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 lb Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs
- Salt + Pepper, to taste
- 1 lb Green Beans
- 2 cups Cherry Tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 lb Favorite Pasta (1/2 box)
- 6 oz Basil Pesto Sauce
- Medium Saucepan
- Large Skillet
- Cutting Board

Boil water and cook pasta according to package. Strain and reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil and add chicken thighs.

Season with salt and pepper. Cook roughly 5 minutes on each side and remove from pan.

While chicken is cooking, slice tomatoes in half.

Add green beans into skillet with chicken and cook an additional 3 minutes. While green beans are cooking, slice chicken into strips.

Return chicken to pan and add tomatoes and pesto.

Add pasta and reserved pasta water. Stir until fully combined and enjoy!
Can you cook the chicken in a crockpot and add the green beans to it?
Yes, that works! We suggest adding the green beans closer to the end of cooking so they do not overcook.
