A fully cooked easy dinner recipe ready in only 15 minutes! It incorporates all the dinner necessities... carbs, protein and veggies! A great, filling dinner recipe the whole family can enjoy.  There are several options for this dish based on dietary preferences (gluten free, vegetarian, vegan).

15 Minute Pesto Chicken Pasta
Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 lb Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs
  • Salt + Pepper, to taste
  • 1 lb Green Beans
  • 2 cups Cherry Tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 lb Favorite Pasta (1/2 box)
  • 6 oz Basil Pesto Sauce
Cooking Things:
  • Medium Saucepan
  • Large Skillet
  • Cutting Board
Instructions
  1. Boil water and cook pasta according to package. Strain and reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water.

  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and add chicken thighs.

  3. Season with salt and pepper. Cook roughly 5 minutes on each side and remove from pan.

  4. While chicken is cooking, slice tomatoes in half.

  5. Add green beans into skillet with chicken and cook an additional 3 minutes. While green beans are cooking, slice chicken into strips.

  6. Return chicken to pan and add tomatoes and pesto.

  7. Add pasta and reserved pasta water. Stir until fully combined and enjoy!
