4 Ingredient Bagels
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Flour
- 2 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1 Cup Greek Yogurt, plain
- Optional Topping: Egg wash + seasoning
Instructions

Mix flour, baking powder, salt and yogurt

On a floured surface, fold dough around a few times until it is less sticky and doesn't stick on your hands.

Separate into 4 even pieces, roll each piece into a rope like shape and attach at the end so they are shaped like a bagel.

Optional topping: Brush with egg wash and add your favorite seasoning.

Bake in oven at 350 for 20-25 minutes. OR bake in air fryer at 300 for 15 minutes
