4 Ingredient Chicken Teriyaki
Ingredients
- 3-4 cups Mixed Vegetables (I used frozen) Add more or less to taste
- 1/2 cup Chicken or Vegetable Broth
- 2-3 lb Chicken Breast
- 1 cup Teriyaki Sauce (I used premade sauce)
- Salt +Pepper +Garlic Powder, optional (add to chicken before cooking if desired)
Instructions

Spray slow cooker with non stick spray, add your vegetables, broth, chicken, teriyaki sauce.

Cook 2-3 hours on high or 4 hours on low. (If your vegetables are fresh and NOT frozen, you will want to add them in half way through cooking)

Serve over rice
