Only 4 ingredients in one pot - it doesn't get much simpler than this! This easy slow cooker ribs recipe is the only recipe you will ever need for delicious, crisp, fall off the bone pork ribs. They are full of flavor and always a crowd pleaser! These tender and flavorful ribs take less than 5 mintues to prep. It is a perfect meal to throw in the slow cooker in the morning and go about your day.

Ingredients
  • 3 lbs Baby Back Ribs
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • 3 tbsp Garlic Salt
  • 1/2 Onion, Sliced
  • 1 bottle BBQ Sauce (18 oz)
Cooking Things:
  • Slow cooker
  • Baking Pan
  • Tin Foil or Parchment Paper
Instructions
To prepare and serve immediately
  1. Put ribs into slow cooker (Crock Pot) and season heavily with salt and pepper.

  2. Top the ribs with onion, garlic and BBQ sauce.

  3. Cook on high for 4 hours (or 6 hours on low)

  4. Bonus: For a perfectly crisp finish you can add to a baking sheet and broil for 5 minutes.

To prepare and freeze for future
  1. Combine all ingredients into a gallon-sized resealable freezer bag. Pop into the freezer!

  2. When you are ready to cook, pour the contents of the freezer bag into a slow cooker and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6-8 hours.
