Blueberry Sorbet
Ingredients
- 4 cups Frozen Blueberries (big plump ones)
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 Lemon (1 tsp lemon zest, 3 tbsp lemon juice)
- 1/4 cup Water
Instructions

Add all ingredients to the blender and mix until smooth.

Serve immediately or add to an air tight container and refrigerate for one hour for a harder consistency.
