Ingredients
- 1 lb Fresh brussel sprouts
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 1/2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar, divided
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
Cooking things
- Baking sheet
- Aluminum foil
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425. Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with non-stick spray.

Chop off the tough ends of sprouts, cut in half and place on baking sheet.

Drizzle oil, half the balsamic vinegar, garlic, salt, and pepper over the chopped sprouts and then toss to combine.

Roast for 20 minutes or until the sprouts are tender-crisp.

Give them a shake to flip them around. Drizzle with the remaining vinegar, and crisp for another 5 minutes.
