Butter Parmesan Tortellini with Spinach
Ingredients
- 1 package Tortellini (16oz)
- 2 cups Chicken Broth
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Corn Starch
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- Minced Garlic
- 3-4 cups Fresh Spinach
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 2 tsp Lemon Juice
Instructions

Cook tortellini as instructed on package.

In large saucepan bring chicken broth to a boil then add butter.

In a separate small bowl mix cornstarch with 3 tbsp water. Mix together until completely combined and then add to chicken broth in saucepan.

Add salt, pepper, garlic and parmesan cheese and lower heat to simmer 3-5 minutes.

Add cooked tortellini, spinach and lemon juice. Mix until spinach is wilted and everything is combined.
