Chia Seed Pudding - Easy, Healthy, Simple!
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Milk, any type (dairy, almond, oat, cashew - pick your fav!) (For reference, we used almond)
- 1/4 Cup Chia Seeds
- 2 Tbsp Honey
- Mixed Berries
- Sliced Almonds
Instructions

Pour ingredients into a jar or any type of sealable container and mix well!

Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.

Add your favorite toppings to enjoy!
Recipe Notes
There are a lot of varieties of this chia seed pudding. We listed a few below but a quick Google search will surely give you an endless supply of options.
- PBJ Chia Seed Pudding: Add jelly/jam at the bottom of your jar, add the chia mixture and top with your favorite nut butter!
- Chocolate Covered Strawberry Chia Seed Pudding: Add some cocoa powder to your chia seed mixture and top with fresh strawberries. You can even blend it all together for a smoother texture.
- Coconut Cream Pie Chia Seed Pudding: Use coconut milk as your base and add 1 tsp vanilla extract and top with shredded coconut.
- Pina Colada Chia Seed Pudding: Use coconut milk as the base and add pineapple and coconut on top. You can even add a splash of pineapple juice to the chia seed mixture if you have some available.
