Chinese take out just got a lot easier, well because, you can make it at home instead of waiting on delivery! This Simply Dellicious Chicken and Broccoli Stir-Fry is made with with lean chicken breast and healthy broccoli coated in a ginger and garlic stir-fry sauce. It is a really easy and quick weeknight meal and it's nice to know exactly what is going into your recipe (we're not always so sure what's in that take-out). With a few simple, healthy ingredients this dish is a go-to meal whenever you have that craving for chinese take-out.
- 1 lb Chicken Breast, sliced thin
- 2 cups Broccoli Florets
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil (canola or vegetable oil will also work)
- 1/3 cup Soy Sauce (or coconut aminos for soy free substitute)
- 1/2 cup Chicken Broth
- 2 tbsp Cornstarch
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Fresh Ginger (or 1/2 tsp ground ginger)
- 1 tbsp Garlic, minced
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- Large Skillet
- Mixing Bowl

Slice chicken breast into thin strips and chop broccoli into bite size pieces.

In a large skillet add one tbsp sesame oil on medium high heat and cook the chicken until just cooked through, about 2-3 minutes on each side.

While the chicken is cooking, combine the following ingredients in a mixing bowl; soy sauce, chicken broth, cornstarch, sugar, salt and pepper and whisk until everything is completely dissolved.

Add minced garlic, ginger and broccoli to skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add in the sauce and stir until chicken and broccoli are fully coated. Cook on low heat 3-5 minutes.
