We love these chocolate hazelnut bites because they only take minutes to make and can be used as breakfast pastry or a tasty dessert. What's better than a recipe with multiple uses? Only 4 ingredients and less than 20 minutes with prep and cooking, they are a must try.

Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon
  • 4 tbsp Sugar
  • Pillsbury crescent rolls
  • Chocolate hazelnut spread (Nutella)
Cooking things
  • Baking pan
  • Pizza cutter or knife
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350. In a small bowl, combine cinnamon + sugar.

  2. Open crescent rolls and roll out dough onto flat surface.

  3. Spread Nutella (chocolate hazelnut spread) onto each designated crescent roll. Sprinkle with cinnamon + sugar mixture.

  4. Using pizza cutter or sharp knife, cut along the precut lines. If there are no precut lines in your crescent roll dough, cut into triangles.

  5. Roll up each crescent roll starting from the wide end. Sprinkle the top with more cinnamon sugar.

  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes

Recipe Notes

If you want these to be smaller for kids or so you have double the servings you can cut the triangles in half before adding the chocolate spread.  This recipe was actually inspired by Tracy's 5 year old son so that's our proof this is easy enough for kids to make, too. Let them be creative, experiment and add other toppings they may enjoy!
