Christmas Crunch
Ingredients
- 3 cups Rice Chex
- 2 cups Captain Crunch Cereal
- 1 cup Mini Pretzels
- 1/4 cup Roasted, Salted Peanuts
- 1 cup Christmas M&Ms
- 3 cups White Chocolate Chips, melted
- 2 tsp Vegetable Oil
Cooking Things:
- Mixing bowl
- Microwave safe bowl
- Baking Sheet
- Parchment Paper
Instructions

Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl combine Chex, Capt'n Crunch, Pretzels, Peanuts and M&Ms.

In a microwave save bowl add the white chocolate chips and the vegetable oil. Microwave for 30 seconds. Mix and continue to heat in the microwave at 10 second increments until the mixture is smooth.

Add the melted white chocolate mixture to the rice chex mixture and stir until coated.

Add mixture to the baking sheet with parchment paper and refrigerate for 30 minutes until the crunch mixture is hardened.

Break apart by hand and serve 🙂
