Cinnamon Sugar Churro Chips
Ingredients
- 6 Flour Tortillas, cut into 8 pieces
- 1/2 Cup Butter (1 stick), Melted
- 1/2 Cup White Sugar
- 2 TBSP Cinnamon
Optional Cream Cheese Yogurt Dip
- 4 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup Vanilla Yogurt (greek or regular works!)
- 1 tbsp White Sugar
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
Cooking Things
- Baking sheet
- Parchment Paper or Aluminum Foil
- Microwave safe bowl
- Gallon Size Resealable Bag
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 and line baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil. (If using foil, gently coat with baking spray.

Melt butter in microwave safe bowl.

Cut tortillas into 8 wedges (or more if you desire smaller "chips").

Place tortillas into bowl of melted butter and mix around until they are well coated.

Add cinnamon and sugar to resealable bag.

Add tortillas to the bag of cinnamon sugar mixture, close bag and shake shake shake until the tortillas are covered with mixture.

Move the tortillas to your baking sheet.

Bake for 10-15 minutes, until golden brown. (Some chips may still seem soft but they get crispy as they cool)
Cream Cheese Yogurt Dip (optional)

Mix all ingredients together until smooth and well combined.
