Who doesn't love donuts?!? Now you can make them at home, and we bet you already have all the ingredients! If you don’t own a donut pan, you should get one ASAP. (We love the silicone ones!!) You can have fresh baked donuts in less than 20 minutes and the best part? Customize them however you like!! PLUS, they are healthier than the fried ones. You're welcome.
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1/3 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Unsalted Butter, Melted
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Toppings: Chocolate Frosting, Cinnamon/Sugar, Sprinkles, Toasted Coconut, Toffee, ANYTHING YOU WANT!
- Large Bowl
- Small Bowl
- Donut Pan
- Non-Stick Spray

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees

Spray a Donut Pan with non-stick cooking spray and set aside

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt

In a small bowl, whisk together egg, milk, butter and vanilla extract

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir together until well combined. Do NOT OVER MIX.

Spoon the batter into the donut cavities, filling 3/4 of the way full

Place the pan in the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes

Remove from oven and allow to cool in the pan before inverting onto a wire rack to cool completely.
