Easy Ham and Egg cups
Ingredients
  • 12 slices Ham
  • 10 Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • Salt + Pepper, to taste
  • Filling suggestions (Shredded Cheddar, Feta, Sausage, Bacon, Spinach, Tomatoes, Onions, Peppers, etc.)
Cooking Things:
  • Baking Pan
  • Mixing Bowl
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375F degrees and spray muffin tin with nonstick spray.

  2. Place ham slices over each muffin cup and press down until a cup shape forms.

  3. Add whatever toppings you like! (Suggestions: Cheese, sausage, spinach, mushrooms, bacon, etc.) 

  4. In bowl, whisk eggs & milk together. Add S&P.

  5. Pour egg mixture into ham cups.

  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes & enjoy!
