Easy Ham and Egg cups
Ingredients
- 12 slices Ham
- 10 Eggs
- 1/4 cup Milk
- Salt + Pepper, to taste
- Filling suggestions (Shredded Cheddar, Feta, Sausage, Bacon, Spinach, Tomatoes, Onions, Peppers, etc.)
Cooking Things:
- Baking Pan
- Mixing Bowl
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375F degrees and spray muffin tin with nonstick spray.

Place ham slices over each muffin cup and press down until a cup shape forms.

Add whatever toppings you like! (Suggestions: Cheese, sausage, spinach, mushrooms, bacon, etc.)

In bowl, whisk eggs & milk together. Add S&P.

Pour egg mixture into ham cups.

Bake for 20-25 minutes & enjoy!
