- 1/2 lb Ground Beef
- 1/2 lb Italian Sausage
- 1 Onion, diced
- 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
- 24 oz Pasta Sauce, store bought
- 3 tbsp Tomato Paste (about half of a 6 oz can)
- 2 tbsp Italian Seasoning
- Salt + Pepper
- 1 box Oven Ready Lasagna Noodles
- 4 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/2 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 15 oz Ricotta Cheese
- 1 Egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup Parsley, chopped

Preheat oven to 350 and grease a 9x13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

Meat Sauce: Add beef, sausage, garlic and onion to saucepan over medium heat until browned. Stir in pasta sauce, tomato paste, Italian seasoning and salt + pepper. Simmer 10-20 minutes, while preparing remaining items.

Cheese Layer: Combine 1 1/2 cups mozzarella, ricotta, 1/4 cup parmesan, parsley and egg.

Lasagna: Add 1 cup of meat sauce to 9x13 baking pan. Top with a layer of lasagna noodles. Layer with 1/3 of the cheese mixtures and 1 cup of meat sauce. Repeat layers, finishing with noodles topped with sauce and extra cheese (if desired).

Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Uncover, add cheese and bake an additional 15 minutes.

Let it rest 10-15 minutes before cutting.

When ready to cook, preheat oven to 350 and grease a 9x13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

Bake from frozen, covered with foil, for 60 minutes. Remove foil, add cheese to top and cook for an additional 10 minutes uncovered.

Rest 10-15 minutes before cutting.
