Easy Meaty Quiche
Ingredients
- 1 Frozen Pie Crust
- 6 Slices of Bacon
- 8 oz Sausage
- 1/2 cup Onion, diced
- 5 oz Spinach (1/2 bag)
- 6 Eggs
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1/2 cup Cottage Cheese
- 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese
- S&P to taste

- Skillet
- Mixing Bowl
Instructions

Heat oven to 375 degrees

Cut bacon into half inch strips. Over medium high heat, sauté bacon and crumble sausage until brown. While they are cooking, diced onion and add to pan. Once everything is combined, add spinach until wilted. Turn off heat.

In medium bowl, mix eggs, milk, cottage cheese, cheddar cheese and salt and pepper; set aside.

Take out frozen pie crust, add bacon, sausage, onion & spinach mixture from the sauté pan. Pour egg mixture over top.

Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes; cut into wedges.
