We have the perfect solution to use up some of that leftover Halloween candy in a fun, creative and very tasty way!! Introducing you to Halloween candy cookies! 🍪
This recipe is perfect for all the leftover mini chocolates you have around. And if you’re really sick of the candy and think you can’t even have one more piece, you can freeze this cookie dough to use at a later time. We don’t believe in wasting any yummy treats, so make a few different varieties and enjoy them for months to come. Hint hint - Holidays are coming so freezing the dough could be a perfect way to have a dessert ready to go with a quick defrost and bake.

- 1 Stick Butter, room temperature
- 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Cup White Sugar
- 1 Tsp Vanilla
- 1 Egg
- 1 1/4 Cup Flour
- 1 Tsp Baking Soda
- 1 Cup Snickers Candy, chopped (or any other desires candies)
- Mixing bowl
- Baking Sheet(s)
- Parchment Paper

Line two baking trays with baking or parchment paper. Preheat the oven 350 degrees.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter and sugars using an electric beater until pale and creamy. Add the vanilla and the egg and beat until combined.

Stir in the flour and baking soda. Add chopped Snickers and stir through.

Use a cookie scoop and pop them onto your prepared trays.

Bake cookies for approximately 10 minutes or until golden brown on the edges.
