These may be called Kidz Shake Bites but they most definitely are for adults too! Kidz Shake is the wonderful brand that sent us these yummy products that are safe for kids, but we tried them out ourselves and I'm pretty sure we finished more than the kids did. Bottom line: these are insanely delicious, healthy and really filling for a tiny bite sized energy snack. They are meant to be frozen so they are a perfect snack on-the-go or for a quick pick-me-up
Kidz Shake Protein Bites
Ingredients
- 1 cup Rolled Oats
- 1 cup Coconut Flakes (we use sweetened)
- 1/2 cup Mini Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
- 1/4 cup Chia Seeds
- 1/3 cup Honey
- 2 scoops Kidz Shake Vanilla Protein Powder (any protein powder brand will work)
Cooking Things:
- Mixing bowl
- Parchment paper
Instructions

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until they are incorporated

Place mixing bowl in freezer for 15 minutes to firm ingredients

Roll into balls about 1". We used a cookie scoop for consistency

For best storage, place bites tupperware lined with parchment paper
