With Summer right around the corner, we are pumped for the opportunity to share this super easy Parmesan Roasted Corn 🌽 recipe. SO easy. SO good. MUST try! A slight spicy kick from the jalapeño and red pepper with a balanced sweetness from the corn, this dish is hard not to consume in one sitting.
Parmesan Roasted Corn

Ingredients
- 2 cans Corn, drained (We love Del Monte canned corn)
- 1 tbsp Paprika
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1/4 cup Green onion, chopped
- 1 Jalapeno pepper, finely diced
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
- Black pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp Red pepper flakes, or to taste
- 1 Lime
Cooking things:
- Baking pan
- Serving bowl
- Aluminum foil optional but recommended for easy for cleanup
Instructions

Preheat oven to Broil. Spray baking pan or alumnimum foil with cooking spray and add corn.

Sprinkle corn with salt and paprika. Roast in oven for 7-10 minutes

Remove from oven and transfer to serving dish immediately. While corn is still hot, add butter and mix until completely melted.

Add green onion, jalapeno, cheese, black pepper and red pepper flakes.

Squeeze juice from entire lime and mix
