Pesto Eggs
Ingredients
- 2 large Eggs (or more if serving more people)
- 1-2 tbsp Pesto
- Salt + Pepper, to taste
- Red Pepper Flakes, to taste (optional)
Instructions

Heat skillet over medium heat and spread pesto into skillet.

Once the pesto is warm, add eggs and sprinkle with seasonings (salt, pepper, red pepper flakes). Cook for about 5 minutes until the whites are set and no longer translucent.

Serve and enjoy! (Optional: Toast bread, spread on some cheese and top with your pesto eggs)
