We LOVE Buffalo Chicken ANYTHING—it’s a small obsession and this Ranch Stuffed Buffalo Chicken recipe hits the spot! The perfect way to spruce up Chicken Breast with a Simply Dellicious balance of Spicy Buffalo Sauce, cooled down with a cheesy stuffed Ranch filling.
- 4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 4 oz Cream Cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 3 tbsp Ranch Dressing
- 1/2 cup Buffalo Sauce
- Salt + Pepper
- Ranch or Blue Cheese Dressing, For Serving
- Baking dish or sheet pan
- Cutting board
- Small bowl

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cover baking dish or sheet pan with tin foil and spray with non-stick spray.

Place Chicken Breasts on a cutting board and use a knife to cut a pocket into the side of the breast.

Add the Cream Cheese, Cheddar, and Ranch Dressing to a small bowl and stir to combine.

Spoon the Cream Cheese mixture evenly into Chicken.

Place the chicken in the baking dish, Salt & Pepper the Breast and brush heavily with Buffalo Sauce.

Bake for 25 minutes, brushing with additional sauce every ten(ish) minutes.
