Ingredients
  • 1-2 lb Broccoli Florets
  • 4 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2-3 Garlic Cloves, minced, or 2-3 tsp pre-made minced garlic
  • Salt + Pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup Bread Crumbs
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • Optional Add: 1 tbsp lemon juice
Cooking Things:
  • Baking Pan
  • Optional: Aluminum Foil or Silicone Baking Sheet
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

  2. Cut Broccoli into bite sized pieces.

  3. Toss broccoli in olive oil and garlic until lightly coated. Sprinkle salt, pepper, bread crumbs and parmesan cheese on top and toss together.

  4. Add broccoli mixture to baking sheet. Make sure all the pieces are lightly tossed in oil so they don't stick to the pan.

  5. Roast for 15-20 minutes
