A classic favorite, meatloaf. Our meatloaf recipe, like all of our others, is really simple and quick to prepare. This meatloaf recipe has the best flavor and a bonus special glaze we use on top to add even more tasty deliciousness. We've also added instructions to prepare this and freeze it for the future, if you want to get really organized and start meal prepping, this is a great option to start with.
- 2 lbs Ground Beef
- 2 Eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1/4 cup Bread Crumbs
- 1 package McCormick Meat Loaf Seasoning Mix
- 1/2 cup Ketchup
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 2 tbsp Mustard
- Mixing bowl
- 9x5 Loaf Pan* see notes for additional option
- If freezing, use an aluminum loaf pan with a tight cover or aluminum foil and/or plastic wrap.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees and grease 9x5 loaf pan with non stick cooking spray.

Mix beef, egg, milk, bread crumbs, seasoning mix and worcestershire sauce.

In a small bowl combine ketchup, brown sugar and mustard.

Add beef mixture to loaf pan and top with ketchup mixture.

Bake for 1 hour or until cooked through.

Grease 9x5 loaf pan with non stick cooking spray.

Mix beef, egg, milk, bread crumbs, seasoning mix and worcestershire sauce.

In a small bowl combine ketchup, brown sugar and mustard.

Add beef mixture to loaf pan and top with ketchup mixture.

Cover with airtight lid, plastic wrap or 2 layers of aluminum foil and pop into the freezer!

Cooking option 1: Cook from frozen for 60-75 minutes at 375.

Cooking option 2: Thaw overnight and cook 1 hour at 375 degrees.
*A little kitchen hack: If you do not have a loaf pan, you can simply mold a loaf shape with your hand and cook it in casserole dish or baking sheet lined with aluminum foil (sprayed with non stick spray). We love this option because it leaves us with no dishes to clean up!
