A sweet & decadent chocolate hazelnut ganache filled into a sweet and crunchy graham cracker crust. A great dessert for the holiday season or any time you are looking for a no bake option. This easy dessert recipe doesn't require any homemade crusts from scratch... start with cooking the chocolate ganache on the stove for only 5 minutes and adding to an easy store-bought crust - voila! The only downside is that once you make this, your family and friends will never let a holiday go by without requesting it.
-If you aren't a Nutella fan or have a nut allergy, this can be made with a regular chocolate ganache recipe as well.
- 2 cups Heavy Cream
- 2 tbsp Cornstarch
- 3/4 cup Nutella or other chocolate hazelnut spread
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 8" Graham Cracker Crust
- Salt, optional
- Chopped hazelnuts, walnuts or pecans, optional
- Medium Saucepan

In small saucepan over medium heat whisk together cornstarch and heavy cream.

Add nutella and vanilla and whisk to combine.

Bring the mixture to a boil for 3-5 minutes while constantly whisking as it thickens.

Remove from heat and pour into the graham cracker crust. Top with a pinch of salt and nuts, as desired!

Chill in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours or until set.
