- 1 can Biscuits (We used Pillsbury Grands Flaky Biscuits)
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 3 tbsp Powdered Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 tsp Fresh Squeezed Lemon, or Lemon Zest
- 1 pint Fresh Strawberries
- Baking Pan
- Mixing Bowl
- Hand Mixer, Stand Mixer or Whisk

Preheat oven and bake biscuits as directed on package

Slice strawberries

In a mixing bowl, whip cream until soft peaks form. Beat in vanilla and sugar until peaks form. Make sure not to over-beat!

Split cooled biscuits, add whipped cream and sliced strawberries. Enjoy!
