Teriyaki Chicken - Slow Cooker
Ingredients
  • 4 Chicken Breasts or Thighs (boneless, skinless)
  • 2 20 oz cans Pineapple (do not drain)
  • 4 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 cup Teriyaki Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce (substitute: Coconut Aminos)
Instructions
To prepare and serve immediately
  1. Add 2 cans of pineapple (with juices), garlic, teriyaki sauce and soy sauce to your slow cooker and mix until combined.

  2. Cut chicken into bite sized pieces and add to mixture in slow cooker. Stir until well coated.

  3. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6-8.

To prepare and freeze for future
  1. Cut chicken into bite sized pieces and add to resealable gallon-sized freezer bag.

  2. Add remaining ingredients to bag (2 cans of pineapple, garlic, teriyaki and soy sauce).

  3. Close bag tightly and pop into the freezer (laying flat)!

  4. When you are ready to cook, add about 1/4 cup water, chicken broth or teriyaki sauce to the crock pot and add frozen mixture from the bag. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6-8.
