The BEST chocolate frosting

Ingredients
- 2 3/4 cup Confectioners sugar
- 6 tbsp Cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 6 tbsp Butter, unsalted, softened
- 6 tbsp Evaporated milk or until desired consistency (I usually use about 5-6)
- 1.5 tsp Vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Cooking things
- Medium mixing bowl
- Stand mixer or large bowl and electric hand mixer
Instructions

In a medium mixing bowl, sift together the confectioners sugar and cocoa powder.

Cream the butter until smooth and gradually add the dry ingredient mixture alternatively with evaporated milk. Add vanilla and small pinch of salt and continue mixing until smooth, light and fluffy.
Recipe Notes
*If you need to make this in a hurry and don't have evaporated milk, you can substitute with regular milk or cream. I used to use milk but the evaporated kind truly does give this a unique delicious flavor.
