As a teenager, I loved to bake and watch the Food Network show, Semi-Homemade Cooking with Sandra Lee. As I started to experiment in the kitchen on my own I realized how much I enjoyed this idea of using everyday household items to make something easy and taste homemade. Using a boxed cake mix and a few simple ingredients these cupcakes truly taste fresh and homemade without the hassle.
