Vegetable Kabobs
Ingredients
  • 1 cup Grape Tomatoes
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 1 cup Mushrooms
  • 1/2 Red Onion
  • 1 Squash
  • 1 Green Pepper
  • 1 cup Pineapple
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • Balsamic Glaze (optional)
Cooking Things:
  • Skewers
Instructions
  1. Chop all vegetables, add to skewers

  2. Drizzle with olive oil, add salt and pepper

  3. Grill 4-5 minutes each side and drizzle with balsamic glaze
