Ingredients
- 1/2 Seedless Watermelon
- 1 Cup Arugula
- 8 oz Mozzarella (we bought presliced for simplicity)
- 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Balsamic Glaze
- Salt + Pepper
Cooking Things:
- Star-shaped cookie cutter (optional). We used a star but you can use any shape!
Instructions

Using shaped cookie cutter cut pieces of watermelon. If you aren't using a shaped-cookie cutter, cut watermelon in desired shape.

Arrange watermelon on a platter, top with arugula and mozarella.

Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze and top with a pinch salt and pepper.
